This is a ten storey building with basement parking for the Government of Zimbabwe. The building was constructed at a total cost of USD 22.5M (twenty two million five hundred thousand dollars only) and was successfully completed. Chisipo Consultants (Pvt) Ltd were engaged as the Structural Design and Construction Supervising Engineers.
